All of our events are filmed, photographed and recorded. This form hereby gives permission for the above named child to attend the Voice in a Million concert as part of the choir, at the OVO Arena, Wembley in March 2024. I also grant consent for the above named child to be filmed and photographed during the event; and grant consent for the photographs and recorded materials to be used by Voice in a Million Ltd for promotional use and use in any recordings of the concert.
